If you love animals and want to volunteer in the event of a disaster you need to be trained. You can get your training this weekend April 10 & 11, 2010 at the North Valley Animal Disaster Group!

The 2010 NVADG Annual Orientation for new Volunteers, and Refresher for returning Volunteers, will be help April 10th and 11th at the City of Chico Fire Training Center. New Volunteers will be required to attend both days. Returning volunteers will need to attend on Sunday, April 11th, only. It is mandatory for returning Evacuation and Supervisory Personnel to attend at least Sunday.
Feel free to pass this information along to anybody that you feel would be interested in helping out during a disaster.

Sunday April 11th: 0830-1700 Critical Incident Stress Debriefing , Public Information Officer, NVADG Update, Lunch
Butte County Animal Control Update, Animal Handling, Animal First Aid
