Butte County still needs your help!
Now that the smoke has cleared and the media coverage is slowing to a halt, we all need to remember that there are still needs out here in Butte County. The moves have been made to consolidate evacuees to the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, this includes animals that have been reunited with their families. Other animal shelters and receiving/distribution centers are continuing their work and will for the foreseeable future. Many families and friends have taken in evacuees and tens of thousands are still displaced. Caring Choices is here for the long haul. We will continue to provide assistance for all of those in our community that are providing for those families in need. I know that we are all tired, but this is the time of giving, and your time to help those in need in the aftermath of this devastation is an easy thing to do.
